Bongbong Marcos is the current president of the Republic of the Philippines. The Maharlika Investment Fund is the sovereign wealth fund* of the Philippines. It is currently managed by the state-owned Maharlika Investment Corporation, and will currently be financed from multiple government and public funds. As with other sovereign wealth funds, it will be allocated across a variety of assets, including foreign currencies, fixed-income instruments, domestic and foreign corporate bonds, commercial real estate, and infrastructure projects.
